Just as nature follows its natural cycle, the art of winemaking also reaches the terminus at the most sublime point, the most loaded with voluptuousness: the delight of taste. And the biodynamic method is reflected in our wines with personality and uniqueness, with a perfect, natural, ingenuous taste.
We practice a biodynamic viticulture, using exclusively the natural elements specific to Dobrogea, and for fermentation we even use yeast from the vine. The moon is our guiding beacon, in a complex scientific and holistic ecosystem, which must breathe, function in synody.
