Pătrar Syrah expresses as faithfully as possible the terroir of Dobrogea. Born of the soil most rich in humus, cernosyoma, with the vagaries of temperate-continental climate, is shown by a grena red, and its plant character, which sends us thinking of green coffee, is in harmony with velvety tannins.

"If we see a forest, we wonder who wet it, who fertilized it? nobody! Everything made nature without anyone's help. The same goes for vines. Our vineyards feed only on what the earth and the sky provide, with the rains that wet them, and the frost and heat sculpt them. Vines lack nothing and, you will see, neither is wine! When you drink it, you will surely understand what biodynamic farming means."
